Lauren Pung is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in transformation and commercialization roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Transformation and Senior Director of Commercialization at NextGen Healthcare since January 2020, Lauren has previously held the position of Director of Commercialization. Prior to NextGen Healthcare, Lauren was the Chief Customer Officer at OTTO Health, where the focus was on enhancing provider-patient communication through an innovative technology platform. Earlier in the career at Epic, Lauren excelled as an Implementation Director and Team Lead, partnering with respected organizations to manage large-scale healthcare technology implementations and ensure customer success. Lauren Pung holds a degree in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
