James Hines is an experienced construction manager currently working at NextGen, a Kelly Telecom Company, since July 2023. Previously, James held the position of Field Construction Manager at TEKsystems from June 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Specialist Technician at HNTB and Project Manager at First Group Engineering, where James worked from October 2012 to March 2021. Early in their career, James gained experience as a Shipping Clerk at Niagara Bottling and as a Cad Technician at PCS Engineers. James holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute and graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1991.
