Kirk Stelsel, CAE, currently serves as Senior Communications Manager at NextGear Capital, where responsibilities include strategic communications planning, executive and internal communications, speech writing, and employee engagement. Previously, Kirk worked at the National Precast Concrete Association as Content and Communications Marketing Manager and later as Vice President of Communication & Public Affairs, overseeing a wide range of communication strategies including content marketing, public relations, and branding. Additional experience includes roles at the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association, Simon Youth Foundation, and Johnson County Daily Journal, along with an internship at the National Federation of State High School Associations. Kirk holds a degree in Journalism-Integrated Communications, Public Relations, and Advertising from Butler University.
