Donna Vawter is an experienced Application Support Engineer at NextGear Capital since May 2018, with a strong background in technical consultancy and data management. Prior to this role, Donna worked at Blackbaud for over a decade, progressing through various positions including Sr Technical Consultant, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects, designing and creating data conversion programs in Java and MS SQL, and mentoring team members. Earlier experience includes positions at Community School Corporation of Southern Hancock County, where support and training were provided for technology and systems, and at Banc One Financial Services as a Systems Programmer. Donna holds a Graduate degree in Information Technology from Arsenal Technical High School, with further education at Indiana University Indianapolis and Ivy Tech Community College.
