Rahul Sudhakar currently serves as Director of Strategy & Analytics at NextEra Energy, Inc., having joined the company in November 2024. Prior to this role, Rahul worked as Manager of Strategic Transformation in Energy Marketing & Trading at Florida Power & Light from June 2023 to December 2024, and as Senior Financial Analyst at NextEra Energy from February 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included financial due diligence and managing a project pipeline for over $4 billion in renewable assets. Previous experience includes a Senior Analyst role in Business Development at Cheniere Energy, where financial analysis supported the execution of midstream assets, and leadership positions at Shell, overseeing geoscience teams and conducting geological analysis. Educational qualifications include a MicroMasters in Quantitative Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Geoscience from Rice University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University.
