Elimarys Soto is a highly experienced professional in user experience design and digital product ownership, currently serving as Lead Principal Web User Experience Designer at NextEra Energy, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Elimarys worked at Florida Power and Light Energy Services and Florida Power & Light Company in positions focused on managing customer-facing digital experiences and leading user experience initiatives. Elimarys began the career at Allstate, where roles included Project Manager, Online Service Customer Experience Analyst, and Business Analyst/Integrator, emphasizing project management, user experience analysis, and system improvements.
