Matt Stiles, MBA, is an experienced financial controller currently serving at Nexteq PLC since July 2021, overseeing financial management for USA divisions comprising 60% of the company's $110 million global sales. Stiles successfully reduced month-end closing times from nine days to two within four months of joining and implemented significant improvements in payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes. Prior to this role, Stiles was the corporate controller at QED Aero from March 2007 to July 2021, where responsibilities included financial reporting, forecasting, and HR management, along with the implementation of the EPICOR ERP system. Stiles has also held various financial and operational roles in earlier positions, demonstrating a consistent track record of process improvement and efficiency. Stiles holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Redlands.
