Lauren McMurphy, MAT, has extensive experience in education and training. Lauren currently holds the position of Senior Learning & Development Specialist at Nextep, where Lauren also serves as a Corporate Training Specialist and Retirement Education Specialist. Previously, Lauren worked at MidFirst Bank as a Financial Education Specialist and at Oklahoma City Public Schools as an English Teacher and English Department Chair. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary English Education from Oklahoma Baptist University. Lauren also obtained a Graduate Certificate in E-learning Instructional Design and Development from Oregon State University.
