Tomer Avissar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application architecture and digital marketing. Since January 2016, Tomer has served as a .Net consultant and architect at Agatech Ltd, where responsibilities include leading developers, designing applications, conducting code reviews, and writing infrastructure code. Additionally, Tomer co-founded Ecommerce in August 2016, assuming the role of Digital Marketing Manager. From January 2007, Tomer has held the position of CIO at Nextep, and prior to these roles, Tomer worked as a .Net consultant at Oracle from May 2005 to December 2015, with similar responsibilities in application architecture. Tomer's career began in the IDF - Mamram as an Application Infrastructure Specialist from 2000 to 2005. Tomer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
