Vanessa Barnett is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in People & Culture roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at NEXTDC since July 2022, Vanessa collaborates with senior leadership to develop human resources solutions aligned with business strategy and leads the Wellbeing Strategy for the company.
