Jonah Cottrell has extensive experience in the IT and data center sectors, currently serving as Services Manager at NEXTDC since November 2017, where previous roles included Senior Data Center Technician, Data Center Technician, and 24/7 Data Centre Technician. Prior to this, Jonah worked as an IT Service Engineer at Greenbox Systems from April 2015 to November 2017 and gained early experience as IT Support at Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority from February 2013 to April 2014. Jonah holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from RMIT University, completed in November 2017, and a Diploma in Information Technology from the same institution, studied from 2013 to 2014. Additional education includes coursework at Arizona State University.
