Benji Dembo is an experienced Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager currently leading corporate procurement strategy at Nextcom Group since October 2019. With a strong background in procurement and logistics management, Benji previously served as Procurement and Logistics Manager at Elbit Systems Land, overseeing a significant $110 million budget, predominantly sourced from international suppliers. Before that, Benji managed procurement and logistics at Airspan Networks, handling a budget exceeding $60 million and re-engineering operational systems. Benji also chaired the Israeli Airfreight Forum, representing various stakeholders in the airfreight sector, and managed substantial export logistics at RAD Data Communications. Benji's educational background includes a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Logistics Management from Bar Ilan University.
