Bozena Szpytma has a strong background in various leadership roles within the technology and hospitality industries. Bozena started their career as the Managing Director at Micros Fidelio Polska in 2000 and held the position until 2015. Following this, they worked as the Area Sales Director at Oracle Polska Sp. z o.o. from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Hospitality and Retail Systems as the Area Director until 2022.
