Jess Strangward is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in project management and education. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at nextbike by TIER since April 2019, Jess previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Cycling Champion for the London Cycling Campaign, where Jess managed a behavior change program funded by Transport for London and coordinated a team that won the Santander Cycles competition at Brunel University. Earlier roles include Head of Education at the British Pharmacological Society, overseeing a £1.5 million budget, and managing a UK-wide school scheme for Understanding Animal Research. Jess holds a Master of Science in Science Communication from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences from UCL.
