Avisekh Sharma's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at NEXTBIGBOX, a digital marketing agency specializing in web development and fintech services. Avisekh co-founded DehatTech, Bharat Fincare, and Jointolead Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2021. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Avisekh worked as a Manager at IndusInd Bank from 2018 to 2020 and as a Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank from 2012 to 2018.

Avisekh Sharma has a Secondary degree in Science from The Assembly of God Church School - India, which they completed from 1991-2004. Avisekh then attended Bidhan Chandra College from 2004-2006, where they obtained a Senior Secondary degree in Science. Avisekh continued their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Priyadarshini Institute of Engineering and Technology, CRPF Camp, from 2006-2010. Lastly, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Department of Commerce, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, in 2012-2013.
