Richard Browning began their career in 1999 as Regional Sales Manager for Powerhouse, where they worked their way up from the shop floor to a head office role. During their time there, they worked closely with the CEO to deliver a re-brand project in a number of stores. In 2006, they moved to BBG Distribution as Business Development Manager. In 2008, they joined Nextbase as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO). In this role, they managed two teams of Sales and Marketing colleagues to deliver on the company's potential as a global automotive technology leader. Richard also created a multi-pillared strategy to ensure the brand evolves quickly, efficiently, and relevantly.
