Gerhard Loots is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors at Kallipr since December 2021, Gerhard Loots previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Madison Group Enterprises until June 2024 and has also contributed as a Non-Executive Director at Nextbase. Gerhard's tenure at Telstra from May 2016 to June 2021 included pivotal roles such as Global IoT Solutions Executive, where significant advancements were made in IoT capabilities through strategic acquisitions and software development. Additional leadership experiences encompass involvement with GSMA's IoT programme steering group, governance roles at MTData, and General Manager positions at RØDE Microphones and Hills Ltd. Gerhard Loots began professional training with a B.Comm in Law from Stellenbosch University and has since earned multiple certifications in project management and telecommunications.
