Marcelo Sturm is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and commercial analysis. Currently serving as a Manager at NEXTAR, Tecnologia de Software Ltda. since June 2019, Marcelo has also held roles such as Customer Success Analyst and Technical Support Analyst, demonstrating expertise in customer relations and technical support. Prior to this, Marcelo worked at VC-X Solutions from July 2016 to May 2019, where positions included Commercial Analyst and Assistant. Marcelo holds a degree in International Relations from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, obtained in 2019, and completed studies in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the same institution from 2010 to 2012.
