Shahar Eliav is a Senior Financial Controller at Nextage, a position held since June 2021, where responsibilities include the preparation of monthly financial and managerial reports, along with Actual vs. Budget analysis and KPI monitoring in accordance with US GAAP. Prior to this role, Shahar worked at BDO from February 2019 to June 2021 as a Certified Public Accountant, focusing on auditing multinational companies and preparing financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Israeli GAAP, as well as managing tax reports and conducting audits in various sectors such as retail and real estate. Shahar holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hadassah Academic College, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
