Kapil Arun is an accomplished finance and HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Finance & HR for India Operations at Next Sourcing Limited since June 2011, Kapil oversees finance and HR management for multiple locations across India. Prior to this, Kapil held positions at McAfee as Sr. Manager Finance and Support and Senior F&A Specialist following the acquisition of Solidcore Techsoft Systems India Pvt Ltd, where Kapil served as Manager Finance. Early career experiences include roles at Momentum India Pvt. Ltd., Interra Software (India) Pvt. Ltd., and Siel Food & Fertilizers Ltd. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Intellectual Property Law from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, along with multiple advanced degrees in finance and management from prestigious institutions.
