Claire Halliday is an experienced professional in the field of product management and service delivery, currently serving as a Group Product Manager at Next since May 2021. Prior to this role, Claire spent nearly two decades at IBM, where significant positions included EMEA Agile Transformation Leader, UK & Ireland Mainframe Services Leader, and Mainframe Offering Leader. In these roles, Claire was instrumental in transforming and modernizing services across EMEA, managing end-to-end Mainframe outsourcing services, and ensuring quality control in Mainframe offerings. Claire's career at IBM also encompassed various service delivery leadership roles, including those focused on desktop services and client infrastructure at Boots UK.
