Graeme Edgson is a seasoned Lean Practitioner and Consultant at NEXT LEVEL Partners®, LLC since July 2013, specializing in Lean Enterprise Transformation and capability building. Prior to this role, Graeme served as a Senior Partner at Project 7 Consultancy, which operates globally across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. Graeme's experience also includes being the Director of Terex Business System (TBS) Lean & Continuous Improvement at Terex Corporation, and holding key managerial positions at Visteon Corporation, including Regional Plant Manager and Operations Manager. Earlier professional experience includes roles at Ford Motor Company, focusing on Lean Manufacturing and Production Systems in the UK and Eastern Europe. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Lawrence Technological University and an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Havering Technical College, UK.
