Thomas Reagan has a strong background in logistics and transportation, holding executive roles in various companies. Thomas most recently served as the VP of Logistics & Transportation at Next Level Apparel starting in July 2019. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at Owens & Minor from May 2013 to May 2023, where they were responsible for P&L analysis and improvement efforts in areas including customer service, transportation, operations, human resources, and maintenance. Prior to Owens & Minor, Thomas served as the VP Operations at Weber Logistics from April 2006 to December 2012, where they focused on P&L analysis, employee development, and customer relations. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Operations at CLWI from January 2003 to January 2006, where they handled P&L responsibilities, employee development, and worked with the Wal-Mart team to achieve goals.

Thomas Reagan attended the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations.
