Bernadette Ludwin has extensive experience in claims management and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Manager and Senior Lost Time Adjuster at Next Level Administrators, LLC since September 2019, Bernadette previously held the position of Senior Claims Representative at AIG starting in October 2012. Educationally, Bernadette obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University at Albany, completing the degree between 1998 and 2002.
