Juan De Jesus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Juan began their career in 2004 as an Analyst at JPMorgan and later joined Major League Baseball, where they worked as a Baseball Operations staff member and later became the Manager of International Operations. Juan then transitioned to Under Armour, where they served as a Global Corporate Strategy Summer MBA Strategist.
In 2012, Juan joined Management Leadership for Tomorrow as a Fellow. Juan then moved to Facebook in 2015, where they worked in Strategic Sports Partnerships for over six years. Subsequently, they joined Dapper Labs in 2021 as the Vice President of Sports Partnerships.
Currently, Juan serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Next League, a position they assumed in April 2023. Throughout their career, Juan has gained extensive experience in strategic planning, sports partnerships, and management.
Juan De Jesus completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2013 to 2015.
