Staton Fairfield is an experienced Tier-1 Onsite Technician at Next I.T., specializing in managing chrome and Windows devices, FOG server management, hardware replacement, software installation, vendor collaboration, and network troubleshooting since May 2016. In addition to this role, Staton has served as a Squad Leader in the US Marine Corps since June 2014, demonstrating strong leadership and critical thinking while managing over 100 personnel during an Afghanistan deployment. Prior work experience includes a position in the IT department at Muskegon Community College, where responsibilities included hardware and software troubleshooting and network management, as well as customer service experience as a Sales Floor Associate at Sevens Paint and Wallpaper. Staton holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Networking Technology from Muskegon Community College, earned between 2014 and 2016.
