Principal Conversational Engineer IV at Next IT

Christopher Bolster has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christopher currently holds the position of Principal Conversational Engineer IV at Verint Next IT since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Verint Next IT in various roles such as Principal NLM Engineer IV, SQL Reporting Engineer (from October 2018 to December 2019), NLM Engineer III / SQL Reporting Engineer (from December 2015 to October 2018), NLM Engineer III (from June 2014 to December 2015), NLM Engineer II (from December 2012 to May 2014), and NLM Technician I (from October 2010 to November 2012). During their tenure at Verint Next IT, they contributed to the development and delivery of natural language standards, conversational reporting, language model designs, and solutions for clients. Christopher also provided mentoring and consulting services to enhance user experiences.

Outside of Verint Next IT, Christopher Bolster worked as an MIS Fellow at Washington State University from September 2009 to December 2009. Christopher also had a brief role as a Team Member at McDonald's in August 2009.

In addition, Christopher Bolster completed an executive management internship at Target in the Spokane Valley store 915 from May 2008 to August 2008. Christopher successfully implemented a project that improved customer service and reduced calls for assistance by 50%. Prior to this, they briefly worked as an Unloader at Walmart in 2006.

Christopher Bolster attended Washington State University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems. During their time at the university, they focused on subjects such as Information Systems, Relational Databases, and Business Consulting.
