Emma Gamboa is a versatile professional with extensive experience in claims advocacy, real estate, and customer service. Currently serving as a Claims Advocate for General Liability and Commercial Auto at Next Insurance since November 2021, Emma previously held positions as a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance. Emma’s background also includes facilitating communication as a Legal/Medical Interpreter and serving as a Solutions Specialist at Verizon, where exceptional performance and training roles were undertaken. Earlier work includes interpreting for speech pathologists in an educational setting and teaching English Language Learners at Northern Illinois University. Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language & Literature from Northern Illinois University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Arizona State University.
