Michelle Haven is a Senior Advisor & Venture Partner at Anterra Capital. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and animal health industries.

Michelle started their career at Pfizer in 1997 as a Director of Animal Health Pharmaceutical Discovery. In 2003, they were promoted to Executive Director of Global Pharmaceutical and Biologicals Research, where they led research for Pfizer Animal Health's Division of Pfizer. In 2007, they were promoted to VP of Business Development and Global Alliances.

In 2013, Michelle left Pfizer to join Zoetis Inc. as Sr VP of Business Development, Alliances and Solutions. At Zoetis, they led a global team of 32 people responsible for Business Development, Global Strategic Planning, External Alliances, and Global Services and Solutions.

Michelle is currently a Senior Advisor & Venture Partner at Anterra Capital, where they provide strategic advice and capital to early stage companies.

Dr. Michelle Haven has a PhD in Physiology from North Carolina State University and a BS and DVM from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
