Tammy Lee has over 15 years of work experience in business development, event management, digital marketing, and sales. In 2022, they began working as a Business Development/Expansion Manager for TiNDLE Foods and Next Gen Foods. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Freelance Event Project Manager and Production Intern for WINK, a full service experiential marketing agency. During their time there, they produced commercial events and increased brand engagement in The Netherlands, Moscow, Monaco, and The U. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Chef Operations Manager (Catering) for The BucketLust LTD, a Crowdfunding flotilla travel and event startup. During this time, they managed more than 200 chefs by providing high-end customer service on yachts in countries such as Greece, Croatia, Italy, Bahamas, Australia, Seychelles and St Martin. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Yacht Chef Lead and Academy Instructor and Country Digital Marketing Manager for European Travel Ventures Ltd. During this time, they collaborated with management, skippers and venue employees to assure safety and satisfaction of all guests and event success. Tammy also mentored and trained over 50 chefs and candidates. From 2015 to 2016, they were a PR & Online Marketing Intern/ Event Promoter for Pandasale/ Club Party Girls. During this time, they organized fashion pop-up sales events for over 500 guests and managed the creation of digital content across social media platforms. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Digital Consultant/ Project Manager for Hiiir Inc. During this time, they prospected, pitched and delivered digital projects, managed online advertisement budgets for over 1M Euro budget, and provided clients with creative and inventive marketing solutions. Finally, from 2006 to 2011, they were a Sales Director for Chateau English Educational Institute. During this time, they cold called B2C sales to drive revenue and achieved targets, and headed a recruitment team of 10 people to successfully attract 250+ new students.
Tammy Lee has an education history that includes a Master's degree in Business Studies- Marketing from the University of Amsterdam (2013-2014), a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from National Chengchi University (2007-2011), and a period of study in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Mannheim (2009-2010).
