Morgan Ovenden is an Investment Associate at Next Capital Private Equity since March 2023, previously serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS from February 2020 to February 2023, with experience in the Financial Institutions Group and the Energy Australia coverage team. Morgan started as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS in late 2018 and interned in Strategy & Planning at Santos Ltd, focusing on midstream and infrastructure. Earlier roles include a vacation student position at Santos Ltd, where a valuation database for core asset hubs was created, and a picker at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide, graduating between 2017 and 2019, and completed the International Baccalaureate at St Peter's College. Additionally, experience as a rowing coach at St Peter's College spans from 2014 to 2017.
