Kranthi Pulakunta is an Oracle HCM Cloud Architect with extensive experience in human capital management solutions. Currently working at NexSolv, Inc. since July 2022, Kranthi serves as a Lead and Subject Matter Expert. Previous roles include Technical Lead at Kaiser Permanente from November 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing global HR, payroll, and benefits systems, as well as HCM extracts. Kranthi has also held positions such as Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant at eVerge Group and Application Software Engineer at Akamai Technologies, among others. Kranthi completed a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur in 2009.
