Charles Justin Lim has a diverse work experience in various industries. Charles Justin is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at NEXPLAY™ since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Content Creator starting in February 2021.

From July 2020 to February 2022, Charles worked as a Business Development Manager for Digital Transformation at EQUILIFE Medical Equipment Supplies & Services Inc.

Before that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Veer Immersive Technologies, Inc. from September 2016 to July 2020. Charles Justin also held the position of Chief Executive Officer (Reality+) from June 2016 to June 2018 at the same company.

During their time at Ateneo de Manila University, Charles held various roles including Founder, President, and Developer Lead of the Microsoft Student Community, Performer at Ateneo Blue Repertory, Vice President for Research and Development at CompSAt: The Computer Society of Ateneo, Associate Vice President for Formation at CompSAt, and Secretary Treasurer at Escola Brasileira de Capoeira.

Charles Justin also gained experience as a Developer at Poco a Poco through freelance work and worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Saperium.

Charles Justin Lim attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Japanese Studies. In 2014, they participated in the Meiji Japanese Language Program ASEAN 2014 at Meiji University. Additionally, in December 2015, Charles obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4 certification.
