Tom Sheppard - Assoc CIPD is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Nexperia leading the recruitment efforts for a manufacturing site in South Wales and a research and development business in the Netherlands. Prior to this, Tom held various roles in recruitment and management at Hays, Fossil Group, Inc., Billabong, and Sainsbury's.
