Milan Wendt has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. They started their career at Advitronics Telecom, where they completed a student internship from September 2015 to February 2016. They then moved on to Dialog Semiconductor, where they also completed a student internship from September 2018 to February 2019. Milan then joined WELDCAM Schwei?technik und Handels GmbH as an Electronic Engineer from September 2019 to January 2020. In 2020, Milan joined Nexperia and held various roles. They started as a Senior Electronic Engineer from September 2020 to September 2021. They then became a Senior Validation Engineer from September 2021 to August 2023. Currently, Milan is working as a Principal Validation Engineer at Nexperia starting from July 2023.

Milan Wendt has a Bachelor's degree in Embedded Electronics from Avans University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2016 to 2020. In 2019 to 2020, they also pursued a Minor in Power distribution, transport, and generation from HAN University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at ROC Nijmegen, where they obtained an MBO Niveau-4 degree. Milan's high school education was completed at Canisius College in Nijmegen from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained their HAVO diploma. In addition to their education, Milan obtained a certification in Basisveiligheid VCA from Stichting Samenwerken voor Veiligheid (SSVV) in March 2014.
