Jaap Stam is an experienced IT Manager specializing in Quality applications, currently driving continual improvement initiatives at Nexperia since February 2017. Previously, Jaap served as Quality System Manager at NXP, enhancing product creation processes and managing audits from 2002 to 2016. Jaap’s extensive career at Philips from 1985 to 2002 included roles such as Section Coach for Lithography, project manager for various factory upgrades, and mechatronic engineer in the development of DAT recorders. Jaap holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics from HTS Mechatronics, completed between 1979 and 1983.
