Carol Hsu is an experienced professional in supply chain operations and planning, currently serving as the NPI Volume Ramp Up Team Manager at Nexperia since May 2022. Prior to this role, Carol held the position of Supplier Cost Recovery Program Manager at HP from May 2021 to May 2022 and worked as a Product Sourcing Manager at Hyve Solutions from January 2020 to May 2021. As a co-founder of Fitbull gym, Carol successfully established the largest local non-franchise gym, achieving 1200 memberships and significant budget savings. Carol's earlier experiences include roles as Senior S&OP Planner and Supply Chain Planner at NXP Semiconductors from August 2012 to April 2016, and as a General Assistant at the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan. Carol holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Chiao Tung University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Information Management from National Cheng Kung University.
