Jeff Twilley is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in customer support and system administration. Currently serving as an IT Specialist Customer Support at the US Army since April 2019, Jeff also holds the position of Senior Application Analyst at NexOne, Inc. since July 2016. Prior experience includes a substantial tenure as Senior Systems Administrator at STGINC from October 2004 to July 2016. Jeff obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Network Technology from Cochise College between 2005 and 2011.
