Neil Pettitt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and operations across the technology and gaming industries. Currently serving as Snr Development Director at Nexon America since September 2022, Neil has held key positions including Head of Development Operations and Development Director at Wargaming.net from September 2015 to September 2022. Prior roles include Development Director for Microsoft’s European Publishing division, Director of Product Development at Electronic Arts, and Senior Development Director at EA. Neil also has a background as a Program Manager at Intel Corporation and as Product Development Director in Mitsubishi PC Division. This career commenced in the Royal Navy, where Neil served as Chief Petty Officer from 1979 to 1990. Educational qualifications include an HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Royal Navy College HMS Collingwood and additional training with Roger Schwarz Associates and Cornell University.
