Gesine Veits is a Medicinal Chemist at nexo therapeutics. Previously worked as a Senior Scientist at Treeline Biosciences and held various research positions at C4 Therapeutics, Inc. Also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Michigan, Graduate Student Researcher at UC Santa Barbara, Visiting Researcher at LMU, and Undergraduate Student Researcher at Tulane University. Holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Chemistry from Tulane University. Specializes in developing low molecular weight gelators for sensing heavy metals.
