Michael Rubinskyi has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. In 2017, they started their career as a Trainee at SYTOSS and later worked as a Junior Full Stack Developer at NDA. In 2018, they joined CHI Software as a Java Developer, where they were responsible for the migration of ad tech applications and the migration of Big Data analytics applications to the AWS cloud. In 2020, they joined EPAM Systems as a Java Software Engineer and worked there until 2021. In the same year, they joined Grid Dynamics as a Java Software Engineer and later moved to Xenoss, where they worked as a Java Software Engineer until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Back End Engineer at Nexla, starting from 2023.

Michael Rubinskyi earned their Master's degree in Informatics from the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics between 2014 and 2019. In addition, they obtained several certifications including the Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in August 2020, the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in November 2019, the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2019.
