Michelle Arregui began their career in 2012 as a Flight Attendant for Interjet. In 2015, they became a Customer Service Coordinator for BBVA in Mexico. In 2017, they were hired by Fly Across as a Customer Experience Manager and then promoted to Manager of Customer Experience and Attention. In 2021, they returned to Fly Across as a Manager of Customer Experience and Attention and in 2022, they joined Neximo Inmobiliaria Digital as a Customer Experience Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for coordinating and directing the administrative area of companies, operating as the main point of contact for specific accounts, providing customer service to a wide range of businesses, organizations and commercial establishments, responding to customer inquiries, investigating and resolving complaints about goods, services, regulations and policies, and handling product returns and payment refunds.
Michelle Arregui obtained their degree in Negocios Internacionales from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México between 2014 and 2019. Her field of study was Negocios Internacionales/Comercio Internacional.
