Ashley Smith-Schoettker is the Manager of Workforce Programs at Nexight Group, where responsibilities include collaborating with clients, industry peers, and policymakers to tackle workforce development challenges in manufacturing and conducting research studies on workforce needs. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Outreach, Education & Membership and the Director of Education & Workforce Development at the RAPID Manufacturing Institute, and co-founding the ChemE Cube Competition. Additional roles include STEM Program Manager at the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana and a summer marketing internship at Integra LifeSciences. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Adolescent Life Science Education and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology, both from Miami University.
