Thomas's extensive HR experience includes roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Director at Schneider Electric, HR Manager at AREVA T&D, and HR Manager for Emerging Countries & Turkey at Faurecia Interior Systems. Early in the career, Thomas worked as a Recruitment Advisor at Meridian.
