Pia-Maria Tiilikainen has a strong background in HR and culture development. Pia-Maria is currently serving as the Head of Group Culture and Leadership Development at Nexi Group since January 2023. Previously, they held various roles at Nets, including Group Culture Development Director, Senior HR Development Partner, and Head of HR Development (Interim). At Nets, they were responsible for culture development, employee listening strategy, talent development initiatives, and organizational and cultural transformation programs. Prior to that, Pia-Maria worked as an HRD Manager at Luottokunta and as an HR Business Partner at Deloitte Finland. Pia-Maria started their career as the Head of Careers Service at Hanken.

Pia-Maria Tiilikainen completed their education at the University of Helsinki from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Adult Education. In 2020, they attended the BCI Business Coaching Institute Finland and obtained certification as a Certified Business Coach.
