Anouk van de Stadt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Anouk began their career as an Engineer at Sogyo in 1998 and then moved to ABN AMRO Bank NV, where they worked in Project Management from 1999 to 2006.
In 2007, Anouk joined Deloitte Consulting B.V. as a Senior Manager, responsible for the HR Transformation practice and generating new business within the financial industry. During their tenure, they successfully built the Dutch Deloitte HR Transformation practice and introduced a new service offering for people transition.
Anouk then joined ING in 2011, where they led the European HR Transformation program and played a crucial role in restructuring the Insurance/Investment Management company to prepare for an IPO. Anouk also led initiatives to reduce temporary hire spend and implement strategic workforce management.
After ING, Anouk joined NN in 2014 and held various roles, including Global Head of HR Shared Services, Head of HR Strategy & Integration, Global Programme Manager for Workday & Change, and Head of HR Strategy Execution & Management Support. Notable achievements during their time at NN include transforming HR Shared Services into a true European player and managing the implementation of Workday.
In 2020, Anouk moved to Nets Group, where they served as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR Shared Services. In this role, they were responsible for all HR Shared Services activities across multiple countries. Anouk'saccomplishments include introducing consolidated HR systems, nearshoring the HR operation, and outsourcing payroll.
Most recently, Anouk joined Nexi Group in 2022 as the Senior Vice President and HR Programme Director for Digitalisation and Integration. Anouk'srole involves overseeing HR programs and initiatives related to digitalization and integration.

Anouk van de Stadt has a diverse education history. From 2019 to 2020, they attended Comenius Leergangen, where they pursued a field of study in Global Innovation Leadership.
