Ivona Drezga (ex Juricic) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Nexi Croatia since March 2023. With a long-standing career at Nets Group starting in June 2009 as an HR Management specialist, Ivona Drezga specializes in employee selection and recruiting, employer branding activities, HR budget management, and international HR management, among other responsibilities. Prior experience includes working as an HR Development specialist at Intesa Sanpaolo from September 2005 to May 2009, where Ivona Drezga contributed to international HR training initiatives and internal communication. Ivona Drezga holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, both from the University of Zagreb.
