Mike Riley's work experience begins in 1994 when they served as the General Manager for Ansel Communications, where they were responsible for employee management, sales, and business development. In 1997, they became the Vice President of Sales for Fountain Technologies, playing a crucial role in increasing the company's sales from almost $900 million to almost $1.9 billion. From 2001 to 2003, they served as the VP of Sales and Business Development at Array Networks before founding TenX Networks in 2003, where they held the position of Founder and CEO until 2014.
