Nick Espenberg is a seasoned professional in the mining sector with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Mine Technical Services at NexGen Energy Ltd. since November 2020, Nick has previously held significant positions at Trevali as Manager of Business Planning and Supply Chain and Technical Lead. Prior experience includes roles at Nutrien as Senior Mine Engineer and Supervisor of Mine Engineering, and a variety of positions at Agrium, ranging from Continuous Improvement Specialist to Mine Engineer. Nick's early career involved contributions at BHP, Taseko Mines Limited, and PotashCorp. Academically, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.
