Jack's experience at Openreach spanned multiple roles, including Product Owner for FTTP data and reporting, where Jack led agile data transformation initiatives, and Manager of Future Business Demand, overseeing the Technology Innovation Hub and driving cultural changes in innovation deployment. Early career experiences include a graduate program at BT and roles at CEB, where Jack contributed to strategic business challenges for major corporations. Jack's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies & History from the University of Nottingham.
